Customs Charges

Orders shipped to the US(UNITED STATES) and UK(United Kingdom) may be subject to additional customs charges. These will be notified by email once the order has been dispatched.

Orders shipped outside the EU, including the United States and the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they arrive in the destination country.

Please note that these charges are determined by local customs authorities and are entirely beyond HAND OVER’s control.

During checkout, shipping costs only include the delivery fee and do not cover customs duties or import taxes. Once your order arrives in your country, the courier company will contact you directly by email with the final amount due and payment instructions.

The recipient is responsible for customs clearance fees, import taxes, and any additional charges required by the destination country's customs regulations. These fees are non-refundable and cannot be compensated by HAND OVER.

If you believe the amount charged is incorrect, we kindly recommend contacting the courier company directly so they can review and verify the charges with you. UPS United States can be reached at 1-800-742-5877 for further assistance.

If customs charges are not paid, the parcel may be marked as abandoned by the courier company and unfortunately we will not be able to recover, return, or refund the shipment.

Please note that once an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply for shipments delivered outside the European Union, including but not limited to the following destinations:

Europe (non-EU):
United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Turkey, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Åland Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, and Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

North America:
United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Central & South America:
All countries within Central America and South America.

Africa, Asia & Oceania:
All countries within Africa, Asia, and Oceania.

French overseas territories and other special regions:
Réunion, Guadeloupe, Mayotte, and other overseas territories outside the EU customs area.
