Customs Charges

Additional customs charges may apply for shipments to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Réunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, North America and South America.

UPS/GLS will notify the customer, and it will be their responsibility to cover these charges. For any questions regarding customs procedures, you can contact us at [e-mail] for more information and assistance with your shipment.

The recipient will be responsible for customs clearance fees and the payment of any taxes according to the customs regulations in the destination country. Import-related charges are not the responsibility of Hand Over Enterprise SL, and therefore, the customer must cover any applicable duties. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the shipment will be considered rejected and returned to our warehouse. In that case, we will refund the amount of the purchased products minus the charges incurred due to the rejection.
