RETURNS POLICY:
Our return policy states that you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
1. Returns or exchanges
In order to make a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
In order to request a refund, you need to complete the steps explained in our returns portal
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in all cases.
2. Change of size or model
We offer the possibility of exchanging the products for another size or model.
3. Manufacturing error
In case your product has any failure or manufacturing error, please write us to the email info@h-andover.com and we will tell you how to proceed according to the case.
4. Error in the delivery address
HAND OVER will not be responsible for delivery errors that occur when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or when any information has been omitted.

5. Return and Exchange Policy
At the moment, returns or exchanges must be made from the same country where the order was originally delivered. This means that you will not be able to return or exchange your order from a different country.
