What is the return policy?

Our return policy states that you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, but for Black Friday and Christmas orders, our return period is extended until January 10th.

1. Returns or exchanges
   To make a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
   To request a refund, you must complete the steps explained on our returns portal.
   Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in all cases.
2. Size or model exchange
   We offer the possibility to exchange products for another size or model.
3. Manufacturing defect
   If your product has any defect or manufacturing fault, please write to [e-mail] and we will guide you on how to proceed depending on the case.
4. Incorrect delivery address
   HAND OVER will not be responsible for delivery errors that occur when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not match reality or when information has been omitted.
